This mousse has been our go-to recipe for many celebrations and holidays. It’s always a crowd-pleaser and we love the fact that you can easily prepare it the night before and then like magic your dessert it’s ready to be serve! For a final touch, just add some fresh fruits, pecans or any other topping!
Seriously though, this recipe comes together so quickly. It’s also perfect for those days you want a little sweet something after dinner or you can use it for a light mousse frosting for cakes!

-14 oz. dark chocolate
-3.5 oz milk
-21 oz heavy cream
-Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave (Be careful of condensation)
-Bring milk to a boil and blend the milk and chocolate together and leave to cool below 85F/30C
-Beat with Holstein Hand Mixer the cream into soft picks and fold into the ganache
-Immediately pipe the mousse into serving glasses, allowed to cool before serving
-Suggested decoration: fresh fruits, chopped nuts, sprinkles for kids! Enjoy a tasteful dessert!
