Begin by mixing in a large bowl all your ingredients, leaving out the peanut butter cups & folding in the peanut butter last.
Use your whisk to whisk together the ingredients until a smooth and creamy consistency.
Using your rolling pin roll out your pie dough.
Use the pie cutter included with your Holstein Pie Maker & cut out two bottom circles & two top circles
Place the bottom circles in your maker while the maker is still cool.
Fill with your peanut butter mixture.
Unwrap a peanut butter cup and place it in the center of the filled pie.
Then top with the smaller circle, pressing gently down on the sides to seal the pie crusts together.
Close the maker and allow to bake for 7-10 minutes.
Always remove your pies using a silicone spatula.
Allow to cool & enjoy!
